Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel within a 20 km from the Photographer’s location is included at no additional cost. For any distance exceeding 20 km, the Client agrees to pay a round-trip travel fee of CAD $1 per kilometer.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
All weather conditions—sunny, cloudy, or light rain—can create unique and beautiful atmospheres for photography. In the event of severe weather or heavy rain, the session will be rescheduled.
Clients are allowed one rescheduling at their request for any reason. Any additional rescheduling will be subject to Photographer’s approval.
What if I’m not satisfied with the final edited images?
My work includes not only the shooting itself but also editing and image selection. Color and image selection convey the emotions and storytelling elements that make the photography complete. These elements define my photographic style. Once the final images are delivered, no further image selection or color grading adjustments will be made, except for minor detail corrections. Please ensure that you appreciate and like my style before booking.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
During the off-season (January–March), delivery of edited images requires 10 business days.
During the peak season (April–December), delivery requires 20 business days.
Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
